Aquest Novembre tenim preparades receptes dels nostres xefs. Les podreu degustar tots els caps de setmana de novembre en el nostre restaurant Arenal<\/strong>. Convideu a amics i familiars a gaudir de plats plens de sabor, colors i vitalitat. <\/span><\/p>\n

Abans de passar amb la recepta, coneguem els beneficis del consum de moniatos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Propietats del moniato<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Ric en Provitamina A. Essencial per a la salut visual, el desenvolupament ossi i la pell, l’\u00f2rgan m\u00e9s extens del nostre cos.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ric tamb\u00e9 en vitamines C, B6, B5, B1 i B2 que ens aporten energia.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Aporta mangan\u00e8s, potassi, coure i ferro; bons per als ossos i cart\u00edlags.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00c9s un gran antioxidant i desintoxicant.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Enforteix i escalfa l’organisme.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    I ara, mans a la massa. Els compartim la recepta del nostre xef del restaurant Arenal:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Crema calenta de moniato amb petxines de pelegr\u00ed fumades al perfum de porto:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 1 kg Moniato fresc<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 200 gr Ceba de Figueres<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 1 pe\u00e7a Porro<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 1 pe\u00e7a Pastanaga fresca<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 1 Rama Api fresc<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 2 grans d’all<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 50 cl Oli d’oliva verge<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 350 cl Aigua embotellada<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 2 unitats Carn de Petxina de pelegr\u00ed neta<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 20 cl Porto<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 3 cl Ess\u00e8ncia de fum<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Amaniment: Sal i pebre blanc m\u00f2lt.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preparaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Rentar b\u00e9 els moniatos de terra, pelar i embolicar amb sal, pebre i oli en paper d’alumini per a rostir-los a 165\u00b0 en el forn durant 40 minuts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

        • Amb la resta de verdures prepararem un fons blanc (Tallar totes les verdures a grand\u00e0ria mitjana i sofregir lentament amb l’oli) per a despr\u00e9s acabar de coure b\u00e9 el moniato i afinar el seu sabor, afegint l’aigua i deixant coure durant 15 minuts, posar a punt de sal i pebre i el passarem pel t\u00farmix fins que quedi b\u00e9 fina.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

          • Marcarem els cossos de petxina de pelegr\u00ed en una paella amb una gota d’oli ben calent, daurarem d’una banda i en girar-les li posarem el porto i l’ess\u00e8ncia de fum com si f\u00e9ssim un flamejat i ho deixarem reposar 30 segons.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Presentaci\u00f3 del plat:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

            A vegades menys \u00e9s m\u00e9s. Per aix\u00f2 l’emplatat ser\u00e0 senzill per\u00f2 atraient.<\/span><\/p>\n
