1. Lunch or dinner pack for two people valid by reservation, 24 hours before booking subject to restaurant availability. Includes starter, main course, dessert, coffee and a bottle of wine.

2. Valid only for one meal for two people, lunch or dinner, up to 12 months after purchase, during all days of the year except the following: June 23rd, December 25rd and 31rd, and January 1st. Exchangeable for the same value in the menú. No financial refund is available.

3. It is essential to make prior reservation, indicating the gift voucher number for the activation, otherwise the establishment will reject the reservation.

4. The establishment will not be able to accept your booking without the presentation of the original gift voucher duly completed as a form of payment, when you arrive.

5. If you want to change the value of the gift voucher for dishes from the menu, you can do so. In no case will there be any financial refund and, in case of exceeding the value of the pack, the difference will be added to your final Bill. You can also exchange it for any of the other packs available from the “Sabor a Mar” collection, adding the differential amount. The money will not be refunded in smaller packs.

6. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation without notice, the restaurant may not accept you that day. If you made your reservation and you not show up, you will lose your pack.

7. The menu indicated in each pack is not subject to change.

8. In case of no use, theft, loss or destruction of the gift certificate, the customer shall not be entitled to refund or any other compensation.

9. The content of the menus may change during the bonus period, changes will be notified on the web pages of each restaurant.

Sabor a Mar undertakes to use the data included in the form, to respect their confidentiality and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to comply with its obligation to keep them and to adapt all measures to avoid alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, in accordance with the Regulations on Security Measures for automated files containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 July 1999.

With prior authorization and when circumstances so require, the User consents to the transfer or communication of the data included in the above file to the companies belonging to Sabor a Mar Group.
